Like all our trips it is private and planned around you: tell us your dates, how many you are and what you want from the day, and Joy will come back with a plan and a price.

- We always recommend leaving early to get ahead of the other boats — most companies do not start until nine. Our trips are flexible: we work with the tides and the crowds and judge on the day what the best itinerary is, rather than following a schedule.

- Not included
National Park fees are not included in the trip price and are paid directly to the National Park ranger on the day. Joy confirms the current amount, including any child rate, with your booking. National Park fees are set by the park authority and can change.
Final price depends on group size and itinerary. Send a request and Joy confirms it for your day — nothing is charged now.

- National park fees, paid directly to the rangers on the day: ฿300 per person for Koh Hong, ฿400 for the Four Islands, Phi Phi and James Bond Island

Transfer to and from your hotel is included. Tell us where you are staying when you book.
Cancellation
If you have a confirmed booking and the trip cannot go ahead because of dangerous weather (not just rain or grey skies), we either change the destination and take you somewhere safe, or — if we know from weather warnings the day before — offer you another date during your stay, subject to availability. The captain makes the final decision on whether it is possible to depart for any destination. If no destination is possible during your stay, or we have no availability, we refund your deposit. Cancel more than 7 days before the trip date: the full deposit is returned. Cancel 7 days or less before the trip date: the deposit is not refundable. Cancel within 24 hours of the trip date: the full trip price is payable.
