Koh Hong is the one people photograph and the one they remember. The islands sit close enough to Ao Nang for an easy crossing, and the lagoon at their centre is enclosed on all sides — flat water, no wind, and a colour that does not photograph the way it looks. We go early, take the viewpoint climb before the heat, and stay for the part of the afternoon when the day boats have gone.

Cancellation
If you have a confirmed booking and the trip cannot go ahead because of dangerous weather (not just rain or grey skies), we either change the destination and take you somewhere safe, or — if we know from weather warnings the day before — offer you another date during your stay, subject to availability. The captain makes the final decision on whether it is possible to depart for any destination. If no destination is possible during your stay, or we have no availability, we refund your deposit. Cancel more than 7 days before the trip date: the full deposit is returned. Cancel 7 days or less before the trip date: the deposit is not refundable. Cancel within 24 hours of the trip date: the full trip price is payable.

Is this suitable for young children?
Yes. The lagoon is sheltered and shallow at the edges, and life jackets are provided in all sizes. Tell us the ages when you book and we will plan the day around them.
