Cook five or six dishes from scratch at a family cookery school in Ao Nang

Ya's is a small family cookery school in Ao Nang, open every day. You choose your dishes from the session's list — curry paste made by hand, then a curry (Massaman, green, yellow or Panang), Pad Thai with prawns, pineapple fried rice, chicken with cashew nuts or holy basil, Tom Yum or chicken coconut soup, papaya salad, chicken mint salad, spring rolls, morning glory, mango sticky rice — and cook each one yourself at your own station, then sit down and eat what you made. Morning and afternoon classes cook five or six dishes; the late-afternoon and evening classes five. Pickup from Krabi Town, Klong Muang, Ao Nang and Ao Nam Mao is included.
